Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in maritime operations
- Skills and Competencies: STCW Certification, Radar & Navigation Systems, COLREG Rules, Ship Maneuvering, Decision-making, Team Leadership
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure vessel operations comply with legal and safety standards
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication
