ROLE SUMMARY

The Chat Support Representative will assist customers through online chat platforms by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Maintain high-quality service in every interaction Document all customer interactions accurately in the system Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets

QUALIFICATIONS

High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage) Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Fast typing skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
