Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This position is open to applicants with no BPO experience. Training will be provided to help qualified candidates develop the necessary skills for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
- Assist customers with account or service-related concerns.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Document customer interactions and update records as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet assigned performance and attendance targets.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate.
- No BPO experience required.
- Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
