- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Work onsite
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Open to all segments (With or without BPO experience)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for shift work
