Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role:

As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent.


This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.


What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across various functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules across time zones
• Prepare candidate shortlists, interview feedback, and hiring recommendations
• Support offer preparation, verbal offers, and hiring documentation
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure recruiting data integrity

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment
• Experience supporting local or regional hiring
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and MS Office
• Exposure to end-to-end HR processes beyond recruitment
• Experience hiring for technical, customer-facing, or corporate roles
• Knowledge of labor basics and HR best practices
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
