End to end recruitment; Implement recruitment strategies to meet the Company's staffing needs; Post job ads on career websites, organize and attend Job Fairs and LRA/In House Recruitment Activities; Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes; Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule; Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”; Coordinate with Clients and Operations to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments; Check job descriptions and conduct interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position; Manage the overall interview, selection, endorsement to clients, schedule of onboarding; Willing to work 100% in Makati;
