Talent Acquisition Staff

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Staff to support our end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment documentation, onboarding support, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and applicant databases
• Assist in job offer preparation and onboarding activities
• Create recruitment advertisements and social media content
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or applicant sourcing
• Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Bossjob, or similar platforms
• Experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Proficient in Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and AI tools is an advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
