Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply. 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours 

Employment type: Permanent 

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila 

Pay range: Php 50,000 to 67,000

We are looking for a Risk & Business Continuity Manager to join our Business Performance team. This role will be an opportunity for you to support and strengthen risk management, business continuity, and organisational resilience across International Education while helping teams make informed decisions and manage change effectively.

What will you do in the role? 

Reporting to the Head of Risk and Business Continuity, your accountabilities will include: 

• Support directorates in identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks through risk and governance processes.  
• Develop and analyse risk information, key risk indicators, and emerging risks to support decision-making and strategic planning.  
• Coordinate and strengthen Risk Champion and Business Continuity Champion networks through training, coaching, and practical guidance.  
• Support the development, testing, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analyses to enhance organisational resilience.  
• Collaborate with quality, governance, and operational teams to embed effective risk, issue, and continuity management practices across the organisation.

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of risk management, governance, and business continuity frameworks.   
• Exhibits experience in embedding and maintaining risk, resilience, or continuity practices within an organisation.  
• Communicates clearly and influences stakeholders effectively at all levels.  
• Applies strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify trends, and support decision-making. 

Desirable: 

• Holds a relevant risk management or business continuity qualification.  
• Has experience working in an international or complex operational environment.  
• Shows knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or operational resilience requirements.
