Business and Product Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business and Product Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and leading product development initiatives. This role will oversee strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market and scale the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Lead product development from concept to launch
- Conduct market research and define product strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams
- Track performance metrics and optimize business and product outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years experience in business development or product management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience managing projects and cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Experience in strategy, product lifecycle management, or startups
