Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
- Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand network
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
