Job Overview

The Commercial Building Manager is responsible for managing building operations, tenant coordination, and overall property performance within assigned commercial properties. The role ensures that facilities are properly maintained while delivering quality service to tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall building operations and facilities management activities.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding operational and maintenance concerns.
• Oversee housekeeping, security, engineering, and vendor operations.
• Ensure timely maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and government regulations.
• Prepare operational and incident reports for management review.
• Support initiatives that improve tenant experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related course.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in commercial building operations or property management.
• Experience handling office buildings or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and tenant management skills.
• Excellent communication and operational coordination abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
