Job Overview

The Tenant Relations and Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth property operations while maintaining strong relationships with tenants. The role oversees operational coordination, facilities management, and service delivery to support tenant satisfaction and building performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant concerns, operational requests, and service coordination.
• Oversee day-to-day building operations and facilities management activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency within assigned zones.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and tenant areas.
• Assist in implementing operational and tenant engagement programs.
• Monitor compliance with building policies and safety regulations.
• Prepare operational and tenant service reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in tenant relations, property operations, or facilities management.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in commercial property management is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
