Loan Processing Officer / Broker Assistant (AU Mortgage) (Onsite, Kawit Cavite)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to support our finance/mortgage operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing processes, documentation, and client coordination across the loan lifecycle.

Work Set Up:

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Work Setup: Onsite

• Location: Cavite

• Client Industry: Banking/Lending

Key Responsibilities:

• Send Credit Guides and document requests to clients.

• Maintain accurate CRM updates, including stage progression and data entry.

• Check, organise, rename, and store client documents in SharePoint.

• Order and manage property valuations (upfront and final), updating CRM systems accordingly.

• Save and organise MIR-related communications in SharePoint.

• Manage internal stage communications (e.g. Lodged, Formal Approval, Settlement Booked, Settled) with clients and stakeholders.

• Issue and follow up on RMAs, ensuring CRM records are updated.

• Maintain accurate filing of all client, lender, and email correspondence.

• Support referral administration (Financial Planners, Asset Finance, Accountants) and follow up as required.

• Process NDAs (refund-related), including preparation and coordination for execution.

• Review PLA/PSA documentation pre-lodgement and post-settlement to ensure compliance with internal standards (e.g. VOW/QED).

• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 2 years of experience in a related role.

• Previous experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or broker support (AU experience highly regarded, but not required).

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) and document management tools (e.g. SharePoint).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
