Act as the connection between the company and brokers. The role focuses on communication, coordination, documentation, and relationship management to help generate sales and support broker networks and brokerage firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with brokers and agents
- Assist brokers with accreditation, documentation, and account concerns
- Coordinate sales inquiries, reservations, and application requirements
- Provide updates on company products, promos, and policies
- Monitor broker performance and sales submissions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales monitoring files
- Schedule meetings, orientations, and broker events
- Ensure timely processing of broker-related transactions
- Respond to emails, calls, and client concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably with brokerage networks
- Customer service or sales background is an advantage
- Can work under pressure and meet given quota
- Willing to attend manning and duty report everyday
