Treasure Island Industrial Corp.
1. Handles organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, and HR programs for Cavite-Luzon operations.
2. Ensure company compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Support training, performance management, and HR reports
4. Assist payroll, conducts other HR administrative tasks and operational support
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
At least with 2 years experience as an HR Generalist
With knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws
With Strong Interpersonal skills
Residing in or nearby Tanza, Cavite
