- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening applications.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update databases as necessary.
- Help with organizing training sessions and employee development initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0–1 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to learn.
