About the Role

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Spanish-English Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective business clients, starting conversations, identifying potential opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the commercial team.

If you are fluent in Spanish and English , comfortable speaking with decision-makers, and have experience in sales, cold calling, customer service, or lead generation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients

• Communicate professionally in both Spanish and English

• Introduce the company's services and identify potential client needs

• Qualify leads based on established criteria

• Handle initial questions and common objections professionally

• Schedule qualified appointments for the commercial team

• Conduct basic lead and prospect research when needed

• Maintain accurate prospect information and call notes in the CRM

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Track calls, appointments, follow-ups, and other performance metrics

• Coordinate with the sales/commercial team for proper lead handoff

Qualifications Required:

• Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective clients
