As a Financial Advisor, your primary responsibility is to assist clients in making informed financial decisions by providing expert guidance on financial planning, investments, insurance, and other financial solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop personalized strategies to help them achieve long-term financial stability.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, assess individual needs, and provide continuous support.
- Financial Planning & Advice: Design customized financial plans, offering advice on savings, investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.
- Sales & Business Development: Attract new clients, recommend appropriate financial products, and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Ongoing Learning & Certification: Engage in continuous education, secure necessary licenses, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- 4 - years Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters passionate about financial security.
