Key Responsibilities:
Supportive Tasks:
- Assist with manual labor, including lifting, carrying, or setting up equipment.
- Provide assistance to workers in performing daily tasks or special projects.
- Clean and maintain work areas or equipment.
Administrative Assistance:
- Help with filing, sorting, and organizing paperwork or digital files.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, or manage schedules as required.
- Assist with data entry or maintaining records.
Team Collaboration:
- Work under the supervision of skilled professionals or supervisors.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Customer Interaction (if applicable):
- Greet customers or visitors and provide them with necessary information.
- Help customers with basic requests or direct them to the appropriate staff.
Material Handling:
- Transport goods or materials from one location to another within the workspace.
- Ensure items are properly stored, organized, and accessible.
