The Helper supports day-to-day operations by performing a variety of tasks to assist workers and ensure smooth workflow. This role involves handling physical duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing hands-on assistance wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Assistance to Team Members:
- Support skilled workers by supplying tools, equipment, and materials.
- Assist with basic tasks, such as holding materials in place or cleaning work areas.
Operational Support:
- Load and unload supplies or materials.
- Operate simple machinery or equipment under supervision.
- Follow instructions to complete delegated tasks.
Maintenance and Organization:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Ensure tools and materials are stored properly after use.
- Report damages or needs for repairs to the supervisor.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Education: No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Other Requirements: Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
