- The Water Refilling Helper assists in the daily operations of a water refilling station.
- Responsibilities include helping with the filling, cleaning, and maintenance of water bottles, ensuring the delivery of clean, safe drinking water, and assisting customers with their needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the refilling and cleaning of water bottles and containers.
- Ensure that water is handled, stored, and dispensed in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the refilling area, equipment, and tools.
- Check and maintain water filtration systems, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Help deliver and load water bottles to customers or designated delivery areas.
- Perform basic maintenance on water equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking and stocking of water bottles and related supplies.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and any issues.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing water bottles for pickup or delivery.
- Follow safety procedures when handling water bottles and equipment.
- Assist in other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy water bottles (typically 5-gallon containers).
- Basic knowledge of water treatment and filtration systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., water bottles).
- Standing and moving for extended periods.
- Ability to perform manual tasks in various working conditions.
