- We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Helper to assist with daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will support team members by performing a variety of duties, such as preparing materials, maintaining workspaces, and handling basic tasks to streamline workflows.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
Physical Abilities:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., 25–50 lbs or more).
- Stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Capability to work in varying weather conditions (for outdoor roles).
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
