We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in daily operations and tasks. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of support duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members with routine tasks and operations.
- Handle, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors or team leads.
- Support in loading and unloading goods or equipment.
- Operate basic tools and equipment (if required).
- Monitor supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Support team members with manual or routine tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform other general duties as assigned by supervisors.
Skills:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy items.
- Basic knowledge of tools or equipment (if applicable to the role).
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
