Position: Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation and prospect research using B2B platforms, business directories, and outreach tools outside of LinkedIn.

• Utilize prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, RocketReach, Yellow Pages, and other relevant databases to identify qualified leads.

• Build, organize, and maintain targeted prospect lists based on the client’s ideal customer profile (ICP).

• Research and identify high-value decision-makers, including:

  • Doctors, surgeons, dentists, medical specialists, and healthcare practice owners

  • Business owners, founders, CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs

  • Trade and service company owners

  • Real estate developers and franchise owners

• Qualify leads based on:

  • Business profile and industry fit

  • Decision-making authority

  • Potential workwear requirements

  • Business size and suitability as a high-value prospect

• Support outbound lead generation activities, including email outreach, cold calling, and follow-up campaigns when required.

• Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM systems or tracking sheets regularly.

• Monitor prospect engagement and conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including:

  • Number of leads generated

  • Prospect status updates

  • Outreach activities completed

  • Follow-up progress

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper organization of prospect records.

• Work independently while meeting agreed lead generation targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, appointment setting, or B2B outreach.

• Experience using lead generation and prospecting tools such as:

  • RocketReach

  • Business directories

  • CRM platforms

  • Other B2B databases

• Strong research skills with the ability to identify accurate and relevant decision-makers.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience with cold emailing, outreach campaigns, and follow-up strategies is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to analyze prospect information and determine lead quality.

• Highly organized with strong time management skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Ability to consistently meet lead generation goals and reporting requirements.

• Experience targeting high-value clients, executives, healthcare professionals, or business owners is an advantage.

• Willingness and flexibility to work during holidays when required.
