Property Manager/Secretary (Real Estate)
About Us
We are a growing real estate company specializing in property management, construction, and wholesale real estate . We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Secretary to support our daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and make phone calls with tenants, clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documents.
- Assist with property management tasks using Buildium .
- Perform data entry and update tenant and property information.
- Support the team with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience using Buildium is preferred.
- Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or virtual assistant is a plus.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

- 20 hours per week
