Career Support Manager (Taguig)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own function-level KPIs including placements, quality, and productivity.
- Translate business goals into execution plans and targets
- Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities and take corrective action.
- Lead and develop Career Support Leads, Specialists and Associates.
- Conduct structured performance reviews and talent planning.
- Build leadership readiness and succession capability.
- Own workflows, standards, and escalation models.
- Identify systemic issues and implement scalable improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders on operational alignment.
- Serve as the primary PH Career Support contact for leadership.
- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, RPO, contact center leadership, or
- client-facing workforce management.
- Proven leadership experience managing team performance, client relationships, and candidate coordination in high-volume environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at handling clients and candidate escalations.
- Analytical, adaptable, and skilled at driving team performance and service quality.
