Career Support Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review candidate profiles and resumes, match them with suitable openings, and recommend improvements to strengthen fit.
- Explain employer requirements clearly to job seekers and guide them through the application process.
- Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers, assisting employers when needed.
- Ensure qualified candidates are regularly sent to employers to maximize placements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of contact center experience/customer care operations (voice or voice + non‑voice).
- Minimum 1 year tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
- Comfortable with multiple outbound calls
- Ability to multitask across various tools and systems.
- 1+ year of sales experience in US RPO.
- At least 6 months of experience in high‑volume or seasonal hiring.
WORK SET-UP
Work Schedule: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Workdays: Monday – FridayBENEFITS
