A Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery of software/IT projects, ensuring alignment between technical execution, business requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Core Responsibilities: Project Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects (planning → deployment → support)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Review system architecture, design, and technical solutions
- Ensure best practices in coding, scalability, security, and performance
- Manage cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, BA, DevOps)
- Assess technical capability of team members
- Provide guidance and mentorship
- Sprint planning
- Stand-ups
- Retrospectives
- Backlog grooming
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as bridge between technical team and business stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies
- Handle escalations and decision-making
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans
- Handle production issues, bugs, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Technical diagrams

- Design documents
- Deployment plans
- Plan and oversee production deployments
- Ensure rollback strategies and minimal downtime
- Drive process optimization
- Improve delivery efficiency and quality standards
- 7+ years of Programming experience and Delivery management
- With banking or fintech background experience
- With strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Manage stakeholders and clients
- Strong experience in Project planning and execution, Risk and issue management and Production deployment and release management
