We are hiring an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in TOSCA Test Automation and Oracle Fusion HCM . The ideal candidate should have experience leading QA teams, defining test strategies, and managing end-to-end testing activities in a Healthcare environment.

Education:

• College Graduate

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant QA experience in a Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end test strategies, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing.

• Plan and estimate testing efforts for releases and project deliverables.

• Execute risk-based testing and prioritize test activities.

• Define and monitor QA metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, and test cycle time.

• Establish QA standards, best practices, and testing playbooks.

• Lead QA strategy discussions with internal stakeholders and clients.

• Coordinate with development, business, and client teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Mentor QA team members and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of QA experience with Lead responsibilities.

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA Test Automation .

• Mandatory experience in Oracle Fusion HCM .

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple testing activities and deliver within timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules.

• Experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) .

• Exposure to automation frameworks and enterprise application testing.
