- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of airline policies and procedures.
- Support the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities and upselling travel services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, Customer Service, Call Centre experience
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, Organizational skills, Problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and service issues
