Job Summary:
Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, construction, maintenance, and operational management of residential housing projects and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed daily operations of housing and land development projects.
- Supervised site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and support staff.
- Monitored project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Conducted site inspections and ensured compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Reviewed and approved contractor billings, purchase requests, and project expenditures.
- Coordinated with head office, property management, and stakeholders on project progress and operational concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional license (e.g., Civil Engineer) is a MUST.
- At least 5 years of experience in housing, land development, or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and construction software.
- Willing to travel to various project sites within Rizal.
- Can start ASAP
