Amazon Operations Specialist

- Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to Amazon's performance standards.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies for process improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in operations or logistics
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using operational software and Microsoft Office Suite
