HR Operations Specialist

- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Administer benefits and payroll processes.
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage HRIS, facilitate training programs, oversee employee relations, and handle payroll inquiries.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on generalist functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and development.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential for Hybrid Set Up
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong people management skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
