Service Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Service Operations Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and help ensure service continuity. If you're a tech-savvy individual with a passion for solving problems and streamlining operations, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring daily IT operations
- Support the entire chain of IT service delivery
- Perform routine tasks such as system checks, backups, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service improvements
- Maintain documentation related to service operations and incidents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology , Computer Engineering , or Computer Science
- At least 3 months of relevant work experience in IT support or operations
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, batch scripting)
- Familiarity with backup and restoration tools and practices
