Project In-Charge (Civil Engineer)

- Acts a s the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
- Sets out, level and survey the site
- Checks plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Supervising workers (admin and subcontractors), monitoring and checking of activity, oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Engineer
- At least 2 years experience in Cost Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, estimating and other areas of the project.
- At least 1-3 years experience in the field area
- Willing to be relocated anytime to monitor other areas and sites.
- Office hours Monday to Saturday 8:am to 5:00 pm
