Accounting Supervisor

- Supervise daily accounting operations, including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements for management review
- Maintain and monitor accounting systems, primarily using QuickBooks
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Train, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with BIR and other government reporting requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of accounting experience , preferably in the construction industry
- With leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and BIR regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
