Accounting Assistant/Supervisor

Description - Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts.
- Provide assistance with financial audits and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
