Finance and Accounting Supervisor

We are hiring for an office-based Finance and Accounting Supervisor.
Job Description:
- Perform the daily accounting activities (recording of accounting entries, handling of receivables and payables, cash reconciliation, etc.)
- Treasury, Budgeting, Cash Forecasting
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Monitoring collections and providing support to the safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Improve systems and procedure and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Knowledge with QBO/DESKTOP, BIR EFPS, EBIRForm and other Accounting platform
- All other related tasks, duties and special projects that may be assigned from time to time as directed by the General Manager
Who we are looking for:
- Must have atleast 3 to 5 years work experience in Accounting / Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Numerical acumen, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent problem-solver with a good sense of humor and works well with different personalities
