About the Role
As a Leasing Officer, you'll play a key role in maximizing occupancy by securing the right tenants and ensuring smooth lease operations within our properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and securing new tenants
- Conducting property tours and presenting spaces
- Negotiating lease terms and preparing agreements
- Monitoring lease compliance and renewals
- Coordinating with operations and marketing teams
- Providing reports on market trends and leasing performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or operations
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Proficiency in MS Office and leasing systems
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Certifications in commercial real estate or property management, such as those offered by the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or National Association of Realtors (NAR), may be beneficial.
