Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tour
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and closing documents
- Develop marketing strategies for property listings (online, print, social media)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or real estate preferred
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and real estate platforms
Work Environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Commission-based or commission + salary structure
