- Assist Clients in buying, selling, and renting properties/units.
- Conduct Property viewing.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Create and manage listings, including the advertisements of properties/units through online channels.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate or any related course.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market trends, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent our interests effectively.
- A client-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and achieving results.
- Access to a network of potential buyers and resources to market properties effectively.
