Job Requirements:
- Open for Non Bachelors Degree.
- At least 1 year experience in Real estate Sales agent.
- Experience in working in a Real Estate is an advantage.
- Experience in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Amendable to report onsite once a week.
- Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Soliciting potential clients, building relationships, and understanding their needs and preferences for properties.
- Staying up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Creating property listings, staging open houses, and utilizing online and offline marketing strategies to attract buyers.
- Accompanying clients to properties, showcasing features, and highlighting the benefits of potential homes or commercial spaces.
