Position Title: Marketing Coordinator (Part Time) Work Set Up: 4 hours per day Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown: The ideal candidate is someone who understands basic digital marketing concepts, is very detail-oriented, and is comfortable executing repeatable tasks from an SOP. What You’ll Do:
- Previous marketing experience, ideally in a digital marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, including meta titles, meta descriptions, keywords, internal linking, and on-page optimization
- Ability to write clear, concise SEO-friendly product meta titles and descriptions – training and specific steps will be provided
- Basic familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to navigate reports and pull specified data
- Experience with or willingness to learn basic tasks in Google Merchant Center, including optimizing product titles and images
- Comfortable reviewing website content for outdated information, broken links, formatting/layout problems, and other quality issues
- Basic Excel skills, including accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow documented SOPs, checklists, and established processes
- Comfortable performing recurring and detail-oriented tasks consistently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to identify something that doesn't look right and flag it for review rather than simply completing a checklist
- Comfortable learning new processes
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Reliable follow-through and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks
- Possess written communication skills in English with good grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities
- Ability to write short-form marketing and SEO copy while following provided brand and SEO guidelines
- Comfortable asking questions when instructions or results are unclear
- Able to incorporate feedback and apply what’s been learned to future assignments
