We are looking for a Therapeutic Coordinator to support scheduled supervision sessions, incident reviews, wellbeing surveys, and compliance audits for a frontline care team. This role helps keep these processes running on time and properly documented, giving the practice team accurate, up-to-date information to work from.

Our client is an Australian out-of-home care (OOHC) provider supporting children and young people through structured, therapeutic care.

Key Duties

• Assist with coordinating and facilitating scheduled formal supervision sessions for assigned Therapeutic Care Workers, following the client’s templates and procedures.
• Support Therapeutic Care Workers in reflecting on and applying the therapeutic care model to their assigned placements and presenting behaviours.
• Assist with monitoring supervision schedules and records and flag any missed or overdue sessions to the appropriate team member.

Incident Review & Practice Learning

• Review incident documentation supplied by the client and identify contributing factors and practice gaps.
• Prepare written learning summaries for the practice lead and translate these into supervision agenda items.
• Track recurring themes across incidents and report on them monthly.
• Raise practice concerns arising from incident review through the agreed escalation path.

Wellbeing, Resilience & Development

• Issue and collate wellbeing, engagement, and resilience surveys on the agreed cycle.
• Analyse survey results, prepare summaries, and recommend actions.
• Flag signs of fatigue, vicarious trauma, or disengagement to the practice lead.
• Maintain the training register and identify development needs for individuals and teams.

Audit & Compliance

• Assist with the completion of scheduled audits using the client's audit templates, covering case notes, care plans, documentation standards, and child-safe practice.
• Support with test practice and documentation against child-safe principles, organisational policy, and out-of-home care quality requirements.
• Record findings, assign corrective actions, and verify closure.
• Maintain the audit register and report on completion rates and outstanding actions.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as an Admin or Coordinator in the NDIS industry or healthcare industry in Australia.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with an Australian or international client, particularly in health, community services, or care-related sectors.
• Familiarity with child-safe standards, safeguarding frameworks, or out-of-home care practices.
• Comfortable managing multiple recurring schedules and documentation cycles independently.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
