Role Overview
We are looking for a Facilities and Admin Lead to oversee the daily operations of our workplace and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained office environment. This role will be responsible for facilities management, vendor and procurement coordination, office administration, workplace safety, business continuity planning (BCP), and employee workplace services while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and property management.
- Manage facilities operations, office administration, and workplace services.
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement activities, and property management coordination.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead business continuity planning (BCP), office capacity planning, and seat management.
- Coordinate workplace inspections, office events, travel arrangements, and visitor management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient and seamless office operations.
