E-Commerce Lead

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting an E-Commerce Lead on behalf of a video surveillance & security solutions provider. This role focuses on expanding the company's social media & e-commerce platforms presence, create engaging content, spearhead brand campaigns. etch. Working setup is fully onsite in BGC, Taguig.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in cross-border e-commerce platform operations.
- At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop content management and live-stream operations.
- Proven track record of successfully launching, developing, and scaling e-commerce accounts from start-up stage to sustainable business growth.
- Experience in security products, consumer electronics (3C), automotive accessories, home appliances, or other product categories requiring customer education is highly preferred.
- Existing professional relationships with TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Philippines platform teams.
- Established network of local marketing agencies, influencers, content creators, or e-commerce service providers within the Philippines.
- Experience securing platform support, marketing resources, campaign opportunities, or strategic partnerships from major e-commerce platforms.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for planning, managing, and growing Dahua Philippines' e-commerce business across TikTok Shop and Shopee. The role drives sales growth, brand visibility, customer engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
