Role Responsibilities
- Recruitment Assistance - Help post job openings on various platforms, assist in reviewing applicant profiles, and support interview scheduling.
- Onboarding Support - Assist in preparing onboarding documents and materials, and help coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
- Employee Engagement - Support the planning and preparation of simple employee engagement activities, including coordinating with vendors and organizing logistics.
- HR Documentation - Help with organizing and filing employee records and assist in basic tasks related to government-mandated benefits and HR compliance.
- Administrative Tasks - Assist in tracking office supplies, updating inventory records, and supporting general administrative and facilities-related tasks.
- Internal Communications Support
Assist in drafting and publishing internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and engagement content to ensure consistent and timely messaging across platforms. - Event Execution & Post-Event Analysis
Support the end-to-end execution of company events, including preparation of run-of-show, on-ground coordination, and post-event reporting (participation rates, feedback, and insights). - Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Business Units) and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and projects. - Internship Program Coordination
Act as a point of contact for interns by assisting in engagement check-ins, tracking progress, and ensuring a positive overall internship experience. - Training & Development Support
Help organize training sessions and learning activities, including scheduling, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
