We are hiring Email & Chat Support Associates for a non-voice customer support role. The position involves handling customer queries through email and live chat only—no phone calls required. Paid training will be provided, so both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues by following standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication
- Meet quality and productivity targets set by the team
Eligibility & Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Good written English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
