Content Moderator Pure Non-Voice - Paid Training

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible individuals to join our team as Content Moderators in a pure non-voice role . The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Comprehensive paid training will be provided before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, or other media) according to defined policies
- Identify and take action on content that violates platform guidelines
- Make accurate and timely moderation decisions while maintaining quality standards
- Flag sensitive, inappropriate, or harmful content appropriately
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy policies
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Stay updated with changing policies and procedures
Eligibility / Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High School Graduate / Any Graduate
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skill
- Good attention to detail and decision-making ability
- Comfortable working with sensitive or graphic content
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Prior content moderation experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Training
- Paid training provided

- Ongoing learning and support from the quality team
