As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Treasury Associate (Accounts Payable) who will help ensure timely and accurate payment processing, maintain organized disbursement records, and support effective cash flow management across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain the Accounts Payable Calendar to ensure all company obligations are paid on time.
- Prepare the Daily Cash Position Report to monitor available cash balances and support daily funding decisions.
- Create and update the Weekly Cash Flow Report to help forecast and manage the company’s cash requirements.
- Prepare checks and payment documents for approved supplier and operational disbursements.
- Monitor and record day-to-day company expenses to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Safeguard and manage the company’s petty cash fund and assigned bank accounts.
- Organize and maintain disbursement forms and supporting documents to ensure complete, accurate, and audit-ready records.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, Management Accounting, or any related business course.
- Experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, or a related function is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle financial records accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite in Brgy. Hugo Perez, Trece Martires City, Cavite.
